As our trips are very weather dependent, we prefer to take a deposit of $200 NZD per trip and allow you to pay the balance on the day of departure when we know the trip is going ahead.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Who do I pay and when?
Pay a $200 NZD deposit now to confirm your trip. Any outstanding balance of payment will be made on the day, before departure. Alternatively, you can ring us to pay on 0800 HELIBIKE or +6421 HELIBIKE or pay through your bank using the following details:

- What happens if I want to cancel?
Helibike.com will offer a full refund if you cancel your trip with at least 7 days notice. Within 7 days, if we cannot replace your place on the trip, you will forfeit the deposit.
- What happens if Helibike.com cancel the trip?
If the trip is cancelled by us, we’ll try and rearrange your trip for another day. If this is not suitable for you, you will get a full refund.
- How long is the website price valid for?
Due to factors outside our control, the published price of each trip may change without warning. The price will be confirmed and agreed with you at the time of booking.
